We are a family run business which specialises in fireplace and chimney installations. We have the expertise and knowledge required to carry out any installation neccessary for all of the products that we have to offer, as well as any chimney repairs/rebuilding or fireplace restorations.

In our show room we have lots of different types of products on display. There is a broad selection of stone surrounds and hearths as well as stone samples if you can't quite find what your looking for. You will also find our variety of fires on display, such as woodburning or gas stoves and fires, in addition to our electric inset and outset fires. We also have our own collection of original and reproduction cast iron fireplaces in store and multiple on display in our showroom. There are also many accessories including fire baskets, fireplace tiles, grates, fenders, ect. in our stockroom so all you need to do is contact us with the needed measurements and we can be of service.

We are in Partnership with many different well known suppliers such as Stovax ands Gazco, Contura and Capital fireplaces, so we have the ability to always ensure that your product is the best quality there is out there. With this in mind, our vast amount of knowledge and experience allows to add our own advice and help you to envision the perfect fireplace for your home.

Our Story

During 1974, The Fireplace was established, where from then on, the legacy has lived on through generations. Now the business is currently directed by two brothers, who have over 30 years of experience in the fireplace trade. We have multiple connections with many reliable stone masons and suppliers with the best quality products due to the our many years of working in the trade, and the vast variety of fireplace and chimney installations that we have undertaken over the years.
